Record & Learn operates this invoice workspace. Each signup is its own shop. There is no staff login and no customer portal.
We store the username and email you use to sign in, shop settings you enter, and the customer, vehicle, invoice, and payment records you create.
If you start Shop, payment is handled by Stripe. We store the workspace plan and Stripe customer or subscription ids needed to keep branding entitlements in sync.
You can export Excel and a full backup from Settings. You can delete your workspace there. This software is not tax, accounting, or legal advice.
