These terms govern your use of Record and Learn Invoice Solutions. By creating a workspace, signing in, or starting Shop checkout, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the workspace.
The product
Record and Learn Invoice Solutions is a private web workspace for one shop owner to keep customers, vehicles, invoices, payments, reversals, English and Arabic PDFs, Excel export, and backup. It is not an iPhone app, marketplace, staff product, customer portal, inventory system, or tax or accounting suite.
Trial workspaces can invoice and download PDFs. Trial PDFs carry a Record and Learn Invoice Solutions footer. Shop branding is optional paid checkout through Stripe and, when active, unlocks your logo and branded PDFs.
Your account and your records
You must be able to form a contract. Keep your password private. One owner per workspace. You are responsible for everyone who uses your sign-in.
You own the shop content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host it, render PDFs, export files you request, and operate backups so the product can work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax settings, customer data, and any terms or warranty text you add. Issued invoices are meant to stay put. Reverse a payment with a reason instead of silently rewriting history.
Processors
The workspace is hosted on Netlify, stores shop records in Supabase, uses Stripe for Shop payments, and sends invoice HTML to Browserless to generate PDFs.
PDF rendering: Browserless receives invoice HTML, including customer and vehicle details on the invoice, to generate the PDF.
Shop billing
Shop prices are shown at checkout. Current listed prices are $24 per month or $228 per year. Stripe processes payment. Taxes on the subscription, if any, are handled as Stripe displays them.
Start, change, or cancel Shop through the billing flow we provide or through Stripe’s customer tools. Core invoicing still works if Shop lapses; branded logo PDFs do not.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, probe other workspaces, disrupt the service, scrape other owners’ data, or upload malware. Do not use the workspace to store data you have no right to keep.
We may suspend or delete a workspace for abuse, unpaid fraud, or risk to other customers. We may refuse new signups.
Availability and disclaimer
We aim to keep the workspace running but do not promise uninterrupted service, any particular uptime, or fitness for a particular shop’s compliance program. Hosted databases can pause or fail. Keep your own backups.
The product is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Record & Learn LLC disclaims implied warranties. We are not liable for lost profits, lost records you did not export, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim about this product is limited to the Shop fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.
This software is not tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Ending the workspace and governing law
You may delete your workspace in Settings after you export anything you need. We may stop offering the product. After deletion, these terms survive for leftover payment, liability, and dispute issues.
Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, are the venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly.
If a court strikes one clause, the rest stays in force. These terms are the agreement for this workspace. The company website terms at recordandlearn.info cover that site and our iOS apps, not this product’s hosting of shop records.
